FAQ

Please have your basket of ironing ready to go at your nominated collection location by 7:00am. Make sure you have enough coat hangers available for our team to hang up your freshly ironed garments. If you would like us to starch your items, please provide a bottle of your preferred starch / ironing aid.

If you have special instructions for our ironers, please provide them on a note inside your basket.

Also please let us know if you have any animals at your address which our team will need to watch our for!

Please provide your own coat hangers. However, if no hangers are provided, or not enough are provided, we can supply hangers at a cost of 30cents each.

We will iron however many items you send us! However, if you have an exceptionally large basket of ironing (or more than one basket), please do let us know so that we can plan accordingly.

We don't recommend going against the care instructions for your items, however, if the item is sent to us for ironing, we will iron it!

You can arrange a collection by phone, email or Facebook messenger - however, our preferred method of communication is via text message to 0412 879 275.

We collect and deliver regularly to all central suburbs of Townsville. On certain days we also service Burdell, Bushland Beach, Black River, Rupertswood, Kelso, Rasmussen, Wulguru and Stuart.

Absolutely! Just provide us the address and collection / delivery instructions.

We have a team of trained ironers who work with us to ensure your ironing is completed to our high standards.

Our team will assist you with any issues you may have and ensure a quick resolution! Our office hours are 7:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Thursday and we can be contacted via phone, text message or email.

We are not currently registered NDIS providers, however, we may be able to provide you a service if you are Plan Managed or Self Managed. Please contact us to find out more.

If you receive funding from the Department of Veteran Affairs and an ironing service is included in your package, please contact us to discuss how we can help you.
