In 4 Easy Steps: Step 1 Prepare your basket of ironing Step 2 We collect them from you Step 3 We carefully iron all items Step 4 We deliver your items back The Finer Details: Servicing Days We iron Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, except public holidays. Basket Number A unique customer number will be assigned to you and will be written on your washing basket. Hangers Please supply enough hangers for your ironing. If hangers are not included, we will supply them at a cost of 30c each. Starch It is not a requirement, however, we highly recommend the use of an ironing aid or starch spray. Please put a bottle of your preferred starch in your basket, and this will be returned with your ironing each time. Special Instructions If you have special preferences, please have your instructions on a piece of paper and leave it with the ironing each time so that your ironer is aware. Example: long pants ironed flat, velvet hangers for dresses only, etc. Collection & Delivery We require an all-weather and secure location where ironing can be collected from and delivered to. We commence collections 7:00AM, so please have your collection ready to go at that time. Please notify us if you have any pets to be aware of. Prices Our pricing is based on the number of items ironed. We have a minimum charge of $51, which is approximately 10-15 items. Collection and delivery are included in the service at no extra cost. Accounts Invoices are issued via email. Automatic payments can be setup to direct debit the invoice amount from your nominated bank account on the due date. Alternatively, you can pay the invoice using credit/debit card via a payment link in the invoice. Make a booking If you are a weekly or fortnightly customer, we will send a reminder notification via text message prior to your collection day. Please notify us if you do not want a collection.
